Sometimes, you can be an American citizen and
get your day in court, even after fighting against the U.S.
in a war. Other times, you can be an American citizen, be part of an alleged plot to maybe do something, and
not get a trial
, but instead hang out in prison for an undetermined amount of time. Guess which one is white?
